Meet the Owner

Scott Jenks has been a dedicated residential and commercial builder since founding Jenks Construction LLC in 1994 in Oxford, Michigan. With over three decades of experience, he has built a reputation for quality craftsmanship, integrity, and attention to detail. Outside of work, Scott enjoys time on the lake fishing and relaxing at the beach with his family—his wife Heidi, daughter Emma, son Tyler, and daughter-in-law Annie.

With great excitement in the new year, Scott is proud to announce the launch of Outer Bay Kitchen and Bath, established in January 2026. This expansion marks an exciting new chapter, allowing the company to better serve homeowners throughout the region. We are now pleased to offer kitchen and bath design, sales, and estimates across the Saginaw Bay area, with service extending as far as Huron County.
